16 Plaintiff Antoine Deshawn Barnes (“Plaintiff”) is a pretrial detainee proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action on September 15, 2020. (ECF No. 1). The Complaint brings claims concerning alleged infringements on Plaintiff’s intellectual property and likeness. The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint on September 28, 2020, found that it failed to state any claims, provided legal standards, and granted leave to amend. (ECF No. 7).
