16 17 Plaintiff Antoine Deshawn Barnes (“Plaintiff”) is a pretrial detainee proceeding pro se and 18 in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the 19 Complaint commencing this action on September 15, 2020. (ECF No. 1). The Complaint brings 20 claims concerning alleged infringements on Plaintiff’s intellectual property and likeness. The 21 Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint on September 28, 2020, found that it failed to state any 22 claims, provided legal standards, and granted leave to amend. (ECF No. 7).
