Plaintiff, v. 13 TODD BALDINI, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 Defendants L. Stuart Girard, Todd Baldini, Pamella Tejada and Abygail Bird (collectively “defendants”) move to stay this court’s June 3, 2020 order granting ExamWorks’ motion for a preliminary injunction pending appeal. The court advised counsel that it was denying the motion at hearing on August 20; this order confirms and explains the DENIAL of defendants’ motion to stay. I.
