12 Plaintiff, v. 13 TODD BALDINI, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 16 Defendants L. Stuart Girard, Todd Baldini, Pamella Tejada and Abygail Bird 17 (collectively “defendants”) move to stay this court’s June 3, 2020 order granting ExamWorks’ 18 motion for a preliminary injunction pending appeal. The court advised counsel that it was 19 denying the motion at hearing on August 20; this order confirms and explains the DENIAL of 20 defendants’ motion to stay. 21 I.
