18 (ECF No. 8) 19 20 Plaintiff Phillip Sanders (“Plaintiff”) is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this 21 civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this 22 action on May 18, 2020. (ECF No. 1). On July 8, 2020, the Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint, 23 found it did not comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8, provided legal standards, and 24 granted leave to amend. (ECF No. 4).
