17 18 Presently before the court is a motion to dismiss plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint 19 (ECF No. 19) brought by defendants Melinda McGhee and Service Employees International 20 Union, United Healthcare Workers (“SEIU UHW” or “Union).1 (ECF No. 26.) The motion was 21 taken under submission pursuant to Local Rule 230(g) (ECF No. 33), and the court has 22 considered defendants’ memorandum and declaration in support of their motion, plaintiff’s 23 response, and defendants’ reply. (ECF Nos. 27-30.)
