12 13 14 Plaintiff Jose Raymundo Leal (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed 15 this civil rights action on September 5, 2019. (Doc. No. 1.) 16 On July 21, 2020, the Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint and granted him leave to 17 amend within thirty (30) days of service of the Court’s order. (Doc. No. 6.) Plaintiff was 18 expressly warned that if he failed to file an amended complaint in compliance with the Court’s 19 order, the Court would recommend dismissal of this action for failure to obey a court order and 20 for failure to state a claim.
