Nelson Rogers (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se, brings this civil action 19 alleging that IRS agents unlawfully inspected her taxpayer information in violation of multiple 20 federal statutes. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 21 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On September 21, 2020, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations herein 23 which were served on the parties and which contained notice to the parties that any objections to 24 the findings and recommendations were to be filed within fourteen (14) days. (ECF No. 68.) On 25 October 5, 2020, Plaintiff filed Objections to the Findings and Recommendations.
