This case is proceeding on Plaintiff’s 19 claims against Defendant R. Hulse (“Defendant”) and Does 1-3 for excessive force and sexual 20 assault in violation of Plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment rights and retaliation in violation of 21 Plaintiff’s First Amendment rights.
