17 Plaintiff Dennis Curtis Hisle is appearing pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, filed on August 6, 20 2020. 21 On March 2, 2020, Defendant Conanan filed a motion for summary judgment on the ground 22 that Plaintiff failed to exhaust the inmate grievance procedures prior to filing suit. (ECF No. 107).
