FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 14 NEVADA, et. al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 On March 24, the district judge assigned to this action ordered the plaintiff to show cause 18 within ten days why the remaining defendants in this action should not be dismissed for failure to 19 timely serve the complaint on those defendants. (ECF No. 71.) Plaintiff had already been 20 cautioned that “failure to timely serve these defendants may result in a recommendation that this 21 action be dismissed as to these defendants. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).” (ECF No. 46 at 2.). 22 to file a status report at least fourteen days prior to the conference. (ECF No. 14).
