15 Defendants. 16 17 On May 14, 2018, plaintiff filed the present action through counsel. (ECF No. 1) On May 18 16, 2019, counsel moved to withdraw. (ECF No. 10). Counsel’s motion was granted by the 19 District Judge assigned to this matter on January 21, 2020. (ECF No. 12). Thereafter the 20 undersigned scheduled a status conference and directed plaintiff to file a status report at least 21 fourteen days prior to the conference. (ECF No. 14).
