FOURTEEN (14) DAY DEADLINE 16 17 18 Plaintiff Maria Encar Arnold (“Plaintiff”), proceeding pro se in this civil matter, initiated 19 this action on September 28, 2020. (Doc. 1). On the same day, Plaintiff filed an application to 20 proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (Doc. 2). Plaintiff’s application was insufficient 21 for the Court to determine if she is entitled to proceed without prepayment of fees in this action. 22 Accordingly, the Court directed Plaintiff to complete and file an Application to Proceed in District 23 Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Long Form) – AO 239.
