Plaintiff Emanuel Lewis Boone (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff’s complaint, filed on 19 September 9, 2020, was screened, and Plaintiff was granted leave to amend.
