18 Plaintiff Emanuel Lewis Boone (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff’s complaint, filed on 19 September 9, 2020, was screened, and Plaintiff was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff’s first 20 amended complaint, filed on November 6, 2020, is currently before the Court for screening. (ECF 21 No. 10.) 22
