Monterosso was dismissed as a defendant on September 20, 2018. Order, ECF No. 22. Plaintiff alleges Defendant retaliated against her in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), Cal. Gov’t Code § 12940(h) et seq., and the California Whistleblower Protection Act, Cal. Lab. Code § 1102.5. See generally Compl.
