19 Plaintiff Emanuel Lewis Boone (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 20 forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff’s complaint, filed on 21 September 9, 2020, was screened and Plaintiff was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff first 22 amended complaint, filed on November 6, 2020, is currently before the Court for screening. 23 (ECF No. 10.) 24
