INTRODUCTION 20 On July 31, 2019, Plaintiff Daniel Ochoa Lopez (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint under 42 21 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c) seeking judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of 22 Social Security (the “Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying his applications for disability 23 insurance benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under the Social Security 24 Act (the “Act”). (Doc. 1.) The matter is currently before the Court on the parties’ briefs, which 25 were submitted, without oral argument, to the Honorable Sheila K. Oberto, United States Magistrate 26 Judge.1 27
