INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is Plaintiffs Ricardo Vasquez’s (“Vasquez”), and R.V.’s, a minor by and through his guardian ad litem Jessica Santos, (collectively “Plaintiffs”), motion to amend the scheduling order to extend the fact and expert discovery deadlines, filed October 26, 2020.
