16 17 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus 18 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. 19 I. 20 BACKGROUND 21 Petitioner is currently in the custody of the California Department of Corrections and 22 Rehabilitation (“CDCR”). (ECF No. 1 at 1).1 On October 28, 2020, Petitioner filed the instant 23 petition for writ of habeas corpus. (ECF No. 1).
