20 21 This matter is before the Court pursuant to Counter-Claimant Comcast Cable 22 Communications Management, LLC’s (“Comcast”) Motion for Summary Judgment. (ECF No. 23 103.) Counter-Defendants Clear Connection Corporation (“Clear”), Clear Connection, LLC 24 (“Clear LLC”), and Kurk Moody (“Moody”) filed an opposition (ECF No. 117), and Comcast 25 filed a reply (ECF No. 143).
