17 Plaintiff is a federal prisoner proceeding without counsel with this action brought under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Plaintiff has filed a renewed motion for appointment of counsel, two discovery related motions, and a motion to modify the scheduling order. ECF Nos. 151-154. With respect to her motion for appointment of counsel, plaintiff again fails to demonstrate that appointing counsel is warranted.
