The parties provide notice of the dismissal of this action with prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. See Doc. No. 11 at 1. Accordingly, this action is dismissed with prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(ii)(B). See Id.; see also Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).
