(“Mot.”), ECF No. 22. Associated Industries Insurance Company, Inc. (“Defendant” or “AIIC”) filed an opposition, see Opp’n, ECF No. 27, to which Plaintiff replied, see Reply, ECF No. 32. For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment.1
