15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff commenced this social security action on August 5, 2017, and defendant filed an answer on May 3, 2018. (ECF Nos. 1, 10.) After the parties filed their cross-motions for summary judgment, the undersigned denied summary judgment for plaintiff and affirmed the final decision of the Commissioner. (ECF Nos. 15, 16, 17.) Plaintiff appealed. (ECF No. 20.) The Ninth Circuit vacated this court’s decision and instructed the case be remanded to the ALJ. (ECF No. 25.) The undersigned did so in September of 2020. (ECF No. 27.) Thereafter, plaintiff filed a motion for attorney’s fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. Section 2412. (ECF No. 28.)
