v. GRAHAM, Defendant. 17 Plaintiff is a former state prisoner proceeding pro se. Plaintiff seeks relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges prison officials failed to protect him from an attack by another inmate. By order dated October 2, 2020, the court screened the complaint and determined it did not contain any cognizable claims. (ECF No. 6.) Plaintiff was given thirty days leave to file an amended complaint and warned that failure to file an amended complaint would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Those thirty days have passed, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, requested additional time to file an amended complaint, updated his address, or otherwise responded to the court’s order.
