Opinion
Trial Court Opinion
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 10 DEBORAH ANN ESPINOSA, No. 2:19-cv-1789-KJN Plaintiff, ORDER OF SUMMARY JUDGMENT v. (ECF No. 24) COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL
SECURITY,
15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security denying her application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. In her summary judgment motion, plaintiff contends the Administrative Law Judge erred in assessing the severity of one of her impairments, formulating her residual functional capacity, and rejecting her subjective- symptom testimony. The Commissioner opposes plaintiff’s motion. Upon consideration of the record and briefing, the court DENIES plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and AFFIRMS the final decision of the Commissioner. ///
