13 14 After approving the parties’ joint stipulation to amend the class notice by modifying the class period in two subclass definitions, the Court ordered the parties to show cause as to why the subclass definition for Plaintiffs’ rest period claim should not be modified in the same fashion. The parties timely filed a joint response.
