GOFORTH, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner, proceeding pro se. On October 16, 2020, the court found plaintiff accrued three strikes under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) prior to filing this action, and ordered plaintiff to pay, within thirty days, the appropriate filing fee, and was cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. Plaintiff filed an appeal, which was dismissed on February 3, 2021, for plaintiff’s failure to prosecute. (ECF No. 12.) The deadline for paying the court’s filing fee has now expired, and plaintiff has not paid the court’s filing fee, or otherwise responded to the court’s order.
