15 In this class action lawsuit, Isaias Vasquez and Linda Hefke are suing two cheese manufacturing companies, Leprino Foods Company and Leprino Foods Dairy Products Company. Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ proposed class notice and distribution plan, as well as Leprino’s several objections to that proposal.
