This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. This action was filed on August 4, 2020, together with a motion to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 that was granted on August 10, 2020. (Doc. Nos. 1, 2, 5.)
