17 Presently pending before the court is plaintiff Donna Rae King’s motion for default judgment against defendant Kingsley Charles. (ECF No. 23.) Defendant has failed to file an opposition to the motion for default judgment in accordance with Local Rule 230(c). This motion came on regularly for hearing on February 17, 2021. (ECF No. 24.) Counsel for plaintiff, Adam Koss, appeared via Zoom on behalf of plaintiff. Defendant did not appear.
