17 I. FINDINGS Patti M. Page (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On February 8, 2021, Plaintiff filed the Complaint commencing this action. (ECF No. 1.) On February 19, 2021, Plaintiff filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (ECF No. 5), and on February 23, 2021, Plaintiff filed a certified copy of her prison trust account statement (ECF No. 7). In her motion to proceed in forma pauperis, Plaintiff reports that she received a $1,200.00 stimulus check, as reflected as a transaction on December 11, 2020, in her prison trust account statement.
