The action proceeds on plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint (FAC), as screened by the court, filed November 21, 2019. (ECF No. 22.) Plaintiff asserts claims against defendant, A. Jenkins, under the First and Eighth Amendments. Before the court is defendant’s motion to revoke plaintiff’s IFP status. (ECF No. 42.)
