20 The Parties through their undersigned counsel, subject to the Court’s approval, 21 stipulate that Plaintiff be awarded attorney fees in the amount of NINE THOUSAND, 22 ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS and 00/100 ($9,100.00) under the Equal Access to 23 Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d).
