On February 22, 2021, Defendants filed the instant notice of motion and motion seeking to compel a physical examination of the Plaintiff as well as a continuation of the scheduling order’s deadlines. (Doc. 34.) Plaintiff filed an opposition on March 5, 2020. (Doc. 36.) On the same day, the parties filed a joint statement related to the motion. (Doc. 37.)
