18 This matter comes before the court upon initial review of this case that was reassigned to the undersigned. (See Doc. No. 46). Pending review is, inter alia, defendants’ motion to vacate dispositive motion deadlines (Doc. No. 55) filed February 24, 2021, which the court construes as a motion to stay the case, and plaintiff’s motions to modify the scheduling order. (Doc. Nos. 33, 35, 38, 39, 51). Plaintiff has filed no opposition to defendant’s motion to stay and the time for doing so has passed. For the reasons set forth below, the court grants defendants’ motion to stay this action I.
