17 Saladin Rushdan aka Robert Stanley Woods (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 18, 2021, the parties filed a request for referral to a settlement conference. (ECF No. 97.) The request will be granted and this case will be referred to Magistrate Judge Jennifer L. Thurston for the court’s Settlement Week program to conduct a settlement conference on May 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. The settlement conference will be conducted by remote means, to be determined at a later date and time.
