17 This case is before the court on plaintiff’s motion to strike defendants’ affirmative defenses to her Third Amended Complaint. ECF No. 92. Defendants oppose the motion. ECF No. 97. The motion is DENIED for the reasons set forth below. I. Background This action stems from a dispute over insurance coverage for alleged water damage to plaintiff’s home as a result of a windstorm on January 18, 2016.
