19 20 This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendants City of Sacramento, Vincent Catricala (“Catricala”), Daniel Hahn, Darby Lannom (“Lannom”), and Sacramento Police Department’s (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to Strike. (ECF No. 17.) Plaintiff Phayjjon McClellan (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 18.) Defendants filed a reply. (ECF No. 19.)
