LLC, et al., (ECF No. 5) Defendants. 16 Plaintiff Arthur Harris proceeds without an attorney in this case, which was originally filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Solano, and assigned case number FCS056039. This matter was referred to the undersigned pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(3) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). Defendant, New Rez, LLC, d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, has moved to dismiss the complaint. (ECF No. 5.) A hearing on the motion to dismiss was noticed to be held via Zoom on June 2, 2021.
