(“MERS”) and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC (ECF No. 110). The only other defendant in this case, NBS Default Services, LLC, has not made a motion but is similarly situated to the moving defendants. Plaintiff filed an opposition to each motion. ECF Nos. 113, 114. Defendants replied. ECF Nos. 115, 116.
