16 The parties settled this case on February 3, 2021. See Cymeyon Hill v. Buckley, et al., 2:19-cv-01331-TLN-KJN (PC) at ECF No. 45. After voluntarily dismissing the case, plaintiff filed a February 22, 2021 motion to compel that sought a copy of the settlement agreement. ECF No. 22. In March of 2021, opposing counsel filed an opposition that argued that the motion was moot and that a copy of the agreement had been mailed to plaintiff on February 23, 2021. ECF No. 23 at 2. To date, plaintiff has not filed a reply stating that he has not received a copy of the agreement or otherwise arguing that his motion is not moot. Accordingly, I conclude that the issue has been…
