Plaintiff alleges the defendants are liable for injuries he sustained when he fell and hit his forehead on a bench, where the protective rubber cover was worn and exposed metal. (See Doc. 6 at 3-4.) Jade King seeks appointment as the guardian ad litem for minor plaintiff N.K., who is her biological child. (Doc. 7 at 1.) For the reasons set forth below, the petition is GRANTED. I.
