On April 28, 2021, Petitioner filed the instant petition for writ of habeas corpus in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. (Doc. 1.) The Northern District transferred the petition to this Court on June 14, 2021. (Doc. 8.) Because the petition is successive, the Court will recommend it be DISMISSED.
