See ECF No. 1, pg. 1. Petitioner states that he is serving a 75-month sentence for violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a). See id. at 3. According to Petitioner, as a first-time offender and with application of time credits for good conduct, his sentence is set to end on September 10, 2022. See id.
