Plaintiff Kennedy McDow is proceeding pro se in this action bringing claims against 17 Defendants Shelter Financial Services, LLC, RES Recovery, Merced County Sheriff Department, 18 Merced Police Department, and unnamed John Does (collectively, Defendants). (ECF No. 1).
