INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is nonparty Fresno Community Hospital and Medical Center, dba Community Regional Medical Center’s (“CRMC”) motion to quash the trial subpoena served by Plaintiffs Pervaiz Chaudhry and Valley Cardiac Surgery Medical Group (“Plaintiffs”). The Court heard oral argument on motion to quash on April 28, 2021 via Zoom videoconference. Having considered the moving and opposition papers, arguments presented at the April 28, 2021 hearing, as well as the Court’s file, the Court issues the following order granting nonparty CRMC’s motion to quash the trial subpoena.
