INTRODUCTION Currently before the Court is Pervaiz Chaudhry’s and Valley Cardiac Surgery Medical Group’s (“Plaintiffs”) ex parte application for an order to show cause why a contempt citation should not issue for the alleged failure of nonparty Community Regional Medical Center (“CRMC”) to comply with the Court’s previous order granting in part Sonia Angell’s, Steven Lopez’s, and Shirley Campbell’s (“Defendants”) motion to compel CRMC to comply with a subpoena and produce its Medical Executive Committee’s Peer Review File (the “Peer Review File”).
