BACKGROUND On April 1, 2020, the Court determined that Plaintiff’s second amended complaint was appropriate for service on Defendants Edwards and Brooks. See ECF No. 21. Defendants filed their answer on July 7, 2020. See ECF No. 28. On July 14, 2020, the Court issued a scheduling order permitting discovery through November 9, 2020.
