BAUGHAM, et al., Defendants. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis with a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff brings claims against the defendants for retaliation, failure to protect, and filing a false report. Before the court is plaintiff’s first amended complaint (“FAC”) for screening. (ECF No. 12.) For the reasons stated below plaintiff’s complaint will be dismissed with leave to amend. The findings and recommendations filed on November 29, 2018 (ECF No. 11) will be vacated.
