This matter was referred to the undersigned in accordance with Local Rule 302(c)(21) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). On November 13, 2020, plaintiffs filed a complaint and paid the applicable filing fee. (ECF No. 1.) However, a review of the complaint found that the allegations appeared to be frivolous and delusional. Accordingly, on April 5, 2021, the court issued an order to show cause, ordering plaintiffs to show cause in writing within fourteen days as to why this action should not be dismissed as frivolous.
