Plaintiff claims that his rights were violated in connection with a 2019 Keyhea1 hearing. Presently before the court is plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration. (ECF No. 20.) I. Background On January 23, 2020, the undersigned recommended that plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis be denied because plaintiff accrued three strikes under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) prior to filing the present action. (ECF No. 10.) On February 13, 2020, the district judge assigned to this action adopted the findings and recommendations and directed plaintiff to pay the filing fee within thirty days or face dismissal of the case.
